The Public Works Department is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, union Laborer position. The position includes labor work, operating equipment, maintenance and repair of Township buildings, facilities, streets, storm sewers, snow plowing, grass cutting, etc. Previous maintenance, mechanical, and operator experience highly desirable. A CDL A is required for this position. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Overtime is required, especially during the winter months. Must pass a physical, and drug and alcohol test. The entry rate of pay is $20.10 per hour. After successfully completing a 6-month probationary period, employee may be eligible for a promotion to an Operator 2 position with an entry rate of $25.20 per hour.
