Please be advised that Richland Township’s curbside grass bag collection has been discontinued, effective immediately. The Township’s Public Works Department will no longer collect grass bags or yard waste for transport to the local landfill.  Residents may practice grasscycling (leaving clippings on the lawn) or place bagged grass clippings in your regular household garbage containers (totes) with other household waste. The garbage hauler will collect the garbage and transport it to the local landfill.
