The Richland Township Police Department will be accepting applications for the position of a Full Time Police Officer beginning Monday, December 22, 2025.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma or equivalency and have successfully completed PA Act 120 training by the time of appointment. Applicants must also be able to pass all mandatory components of the testing process to include a physical agility test, written examination, oral examination, a polygraph examination, a background check, a medical examination, and a psychological examination.

The applications can be picked up Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m, via e-mail by contacting the Police Department at (814)266-8333 and requesting an application or by download from the Richland Township Police Department website cambria.crimewatchpa.com/richlandpd

COMPLETED APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED INTO THE RICHLAND TOWNSHIP POLICE OFFICE, either In Person or by Email (employment@richlandpd.com) no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026.

The Testing (including the Physical Agility Test, Written Examination and Oral Interview) will be administered on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 0900 Hrs. at the Richland Township Police Department.
